Due to Australian Health Department Regulations, products for sale on the Manna Imports Shopping Cart cannot be returned or exchanged after being purchased by a customer. 

In the case of a defective product, please email: sales@mannaimports.com.au  for instructions on returning the product. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase of the product, with the invoice. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable on returns.

If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, the product will be exchanged at no cost to the consumer.

Items that have been used or worn, with no fault, are not refundable.
